The Virgo New Moon and Solar Eclipse this Saturday marks the culmination of a two-year karmic unraveling. Since late 2024, we have all  been shown (sometimes gently, sometimes jarringly) where we've over-functioned or abandoned our bodies wisdom in the pursuit of perfection.

This eclipse moves through like a professional editor ... slicing through what's outdated, what’s overloaded, what's not working, what needs to move, and what’s no longer aligned with how you truly want to live.

If things are shifting right now, be assured, you are okay. We don't have to get it all right, we don't need to prove ... this is about purification. If there are things we have been hanging on to that no longer fit, be at ease letting them go.

We will be shown areas where we have clung to control, overcorrected for others’ comfort, overfunctioned to stay safe .. shall I keep going? You get my drift!

The last few weeks may have shown us what’s cracked. Now it’s time to compost the parts that can’t hold who you're becoming. Here is what's on the menu ... I invite you to allow the courses to come ... 

• Perfectionism is dissolving ... be okay with messy
• Hold off on big decisions until after the eclpse debris takes time to settle (the 21st)
• Unsubscribe from urgency ... your worth isn’t measured by how fast you fix or finish
• If you've been using "yes" to keep the peace, let “not now” or "I'll get back to you" be your response
• Let clutter = clarity ... your inbox, your body, your calendar are all speaking; listen to what the clutter is trying to say
• Breathe before bounding forward, rest affirms you’re aligned with life’s real rhythm
• Only be responsible for your emotions, what’s not yours doesn’t belong in your nervous system
• Make peace with the pivot ... the path will likely curve to get you aligned but your calling doesn’t disappear
• Let enough be sacred ... enough rest, enough boundaries, enough grace for your own timing
• Build your structure to serve, not cage you ... 
• Let emptiness be sacred space ... it’s the altar your next vision will land on
