Your future self has a message for you.
Jul 24, 2026Tomorrow is my birthday, and birthdays naturally make me pause and reflect. Not so much on getting older, but on who I'm becoming.
The older I get, the more I realize life shifts and transformations happen because of hundreds of small decisions that slowly reshape who we are. A boundary we finally hold. A habit we finally release. A conversation we finally have. One ordinary day that quietly changes everything. This week approaching our next full moon, feels a little like that.
We're moving through the Waxing Gibbous Moon, the phase just before the Full Moon. It's a beautiful reminder that growth happens in time. Seeds have already been planted, now we're refining, adjusting, learning, and taking the next step. Stay present with the part that's right in front of us and miracles unfold!
I've also been spending so much time writing lately. Between creating ROOTED, supporting Cyndi Dale's newest class Learning to Trust Yourself Again, and continuing to build what's next, I've noticed the quieter I become, the more clearly I hear myself. That has been one of the greatest gifts of this season!!
In the spirit of all of this, this week's frequency tip is simple: Write a letter from the version of yourself one year from today.
Don't overthink it, stay present as if you are talking to your now self.
Begin with, "I'm so grateful you..." and let the words come. Let the current version of you know what you are experiencing, who with, and the feeling state. You might be surprised by what your future self already knows.
Then, before you head into the weekend, spend a few minutes at your front door. Open it, sweep it, wipe it down. Add a plant or fresh flowers if you have them. In Feng Shui, your front entrance represents the opportunities and energy you're inviting into your life. Sometimes one intentional act shifts far more than we can see.
If you haven't watched the video this week, take a deep breath, choose the card you're most drawn to, and may it be of benefit. Trust your first instinct. It usually knows before your mind catches up.
Sending you big love,
G~
