Honoring What You Need

Nov 06, 2026

Happy Friday! I missed being with you last week! I was sick, and it's pretty rare for me to miss a Frequency & Flow Friday. I kept thinking I might feel well enough to get something together, but my body had other plans. So I rested, did what I could, and let the rest wait.

And I've been thinking about that quite a bit.

We're moving through the Waning Crescent Moon in Libra, with the New Moon in Scorpio arriving this weekend. This is the final phase of the lunar cycle, and a time to reflect on what we've experienced. A good move for the weekend is to think about making room for what comes next.

Libra brings our attention to relationships and the way we consider other people's needs alongside our own. And with Scorpio approaching, we may begin to notice some of the deeper patterns that deserve our attention.

I've been thinking about how easily we can become accustomed to pushing through. We have people depending on us, work we love, things we've committed to, and a pretty good idea of what needs to happen next. Sometimes we keep going because we genuinely want to, and other times we become so accustomed to being available that we forget to check in with ourselves.

Being sick reminded me how much I love what I do, and also how important it is to recognize when I need something different.

There's a connection here to the relationship we have with ourselves. In this space we explore honoring our intuition, and I believe our bodies are part of that conversation. Sometimes the information is very straightforward; being tired, needing food or sleep, or clearing something off the calendar. Sometimes we're carrying something emotionally that deserves a little attention, too.

With the Scorpio New Moon coming, pay attention to what has been taking up space in your life, even in a subtle way. Scorpio is associated with emotional honesty, intimacy, trust, and the parts of ourselves we tend to keep private. There may be something you've been processing for a while that you're beginning to understand differently.

If you are someone who is giving more than you have available notice that too and make a decision to stop. Of if there has been a relationship change and you're figuring out what that means, takes the space to be with it.

There is value in noticing these things before deciding what to do about them. We can learn a lot when we give ourselves enough room to recognize what we're experiencing.

Speaking of making room, there is still space available for The Soul Immersion Retreat NEXT WEEK! This is a very intimate container of women in a private residence in Northern California for a deeply personal experience. We'll explore what's happening in your life through Human Design, intuition, subtle energy work, and the things that are most meaningful to you right now.

One of the reasons I love working with such a small group is that I can prepare for each woman individually. We can spend time with what she's actually experiencing, have conversations that matter, and give some attention to what she wants to create next.

Finally, Your Frequency Tip For the Week: Check In With What You Need

This weekend, give yourself a little time without an agenda. Even fifteen minutes can be helpful. Sit somewhere comfortable, put your phone away, and notice how you're feeling. Pay attention to your body and anything that's been occupying your thoughts. Then ask yourself, What do I actually need right now? Be specific. Maybe you need an afternoon without commitments. Perhaps there's something you've been wanting to say, or a responsibility you could ask someone to help you with. You might realize that something you've been putting off would feel wonderful to finally take care of. Choose one thing you can realistically do to support yourself this weekend.

Enjoy your weekend and may this three-card pull benefit you this weekend! Choose card one, two, or three, and click play. Notice what resonates as we explore the messages together. Take what helps and leave the rest!

Big love,
G~
