Drown the Old Story
Sep 05, 2025
We are in the in-between! Today hums with quiet tension right before the Pisces Lunar Eclipse. You might feel it already: the swell, the pressure, the strange blend of tenderness and truth bubbling just beneath your surface.
I have been looking forward to the potency of this one, hence planning Soul Light Mastery Retreat I am presently on!
Pisces is water without a container. It wants our presence, not our performance. And an eclipse will never ask for permission to rewrite our script.
Soooo .... if you’ve been feeling disoriented, sleepy, nostalgic, spacey, sensitive, or flat-out “off," you my friend are moon sensitive, and that is Miss Moon doing her thang right on time! Let her lead the dance!
Here is a quick reference guide for you this week ...
What to Lean Into:
- Soft focus. Let solutions arrive sideways—in the shower, on a walk, in a daydream.
- Energy hygiene. Salt bath, smoke-clearing, shower with intention, or a simple “I release what isn’t mine.”
- Clean boundaries. Pisces blurs lines; you don’t have to. One clear “no” is medicine.
- Sleep and water. Longer rest, extra hydration, less stimulation. Your nervous system will thank you.
What to Put on Pause:
- Manifestation rituals and crystal grids for this one. Eclipses are for surrender, not scripting.
- Over-sharing or venting loops. Tend your inner waters first; speak after the wave settles.
- Fixing other people’s feelings. Compassion, yes. Emotional over-responsibility, no.
Frequency Tip: Stand barefoot. Hand over heart, hand over belly. Breathe in for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 8. Whisper: “I release what isn’t mine. I keep what is true.” Repeat until you feel your center return.
Reflection Prompts: Choose one and free-write for five minutes:
-
Where am I absorbing what doesn’t belong to me?
-
What truth is ready to be spoken softly, then lived loudly?
-
If relief were allowed, what would I set down today?
-
What dream keeps knocking when I’m quiet?
Let the eclipse do the heavy lifting. Your job is to be available for the shift. You’re not losing yourself; you’re unfogging the lens.
Big love,
G~
