Well, I did something last week that I almost never do. I completely missed Frequency & Flow Friday.

I actually couldn't believe it when I realized it. The older version of me would have immediately rushed to fix it, sent an apology, and probably made myself feel terrible for dropping something I care about so very much (because I do). This recent eclipse version of me thought, I'll address it when I have time.

And apparently that time is now. 😂

The truth is, life has been FULL, and I'm incredibly grateful for it. I've been helping people launch beautiful new businesses, teaching Bohemian Marketing with Cyndi Dale, working with private clients, and spending time with my E.M.B.O.D.Y. One community, which continues to be one of my favorite places to be. Somewhere in all of that, Friday came and went.

Maybe that's part of my own eclipse story.

We've just moved through a powerful eclipse, and eclipse seasons can bring identity shifts into focus quickly. We see ourselves differently, and decisions become clearer. Something we've been carrying suddenly feels complete, and I keep seeing this with clients.

Clearly I am experiencing it in my own life too!

There are versions of ourselves that have done a beautiful job getting us here, and eventually we realize we're ready to live from the person we've become.

For me, apparently, part of that is allowing myself to be human when something gets missed. That feels surprisingly freeing, and of course, INTEGRITY is my #1 value, so I don't like it when I say I am going to do something and don't!

As we move through this week's lunar energy, pay attention to the places where you already feel different. You may have handled a conversation differently, or something that used to bother you may have lost its charge. You may be making decisions faster, craving something new, or realizing you simply don't have the energy for an old pattern anymore.

This week's reading is a "pick a card style," and it actually began with two cards jumping out together: the King of Air and The Emperor. I immediately thought, well, that's clear. There is wisdom available right now through discernment and leadership. Pay attention to what you know, and make the decision you can stand behind. Give your energy somewhere solid to land. There is tremendous frequency in trusting yourself enough to lead your own life.

LEFT: King of Water

Your frequency rises this week through emotional maturity. The King of Water is compassionate and deeply feeling without allowing every emotion in the room to determine his direction. Notice where you can remain openhearted while staying connected to yourself. You can care deeply and still honor what you know. Give yourself a little space before responding this weekend, especially around something emotionally charged. Frequency Tip: Before an important response or decision, give yourself ten quiet minutes. Ask, What do I know when I am calm?

CENTER: Six of Fire

The Six of Fire is about victory and recognition for what has already been accomplished.  It also brings good news, and with the last quarter moon here, give yourself deeper appreciation to let go to welcome in the bigger blessings. Especially EGO thoughts! I love this card following an eclipse because sometimes our identity changes faster than our self-perception. Take inventory this weekend. Look at something you can do today that would have intimidated you a year ago. Notice what has become easier. Let yourself receive the evidence of your own growth.

Frequency Tip: Write down one thing you are genuinely proud of from the past six months and celebrate it in a tangible way. Recognition is energy too.

RIGHT: Knight of Fire

Something wants movement. And you just might have to let something go to allow that movement to happen with this last quarter moon here. The Knight of Fire carries passion, adventure, confidence, and a willingness to follow the spark. If you've been feeling restless or unusually inspired, give that energy somewhere productive to go. Make the call. Explore the idea. Research the trip. Start the project. Your enthusiasm may be showing you where life wants to expand.

Frequency Tip: Give one exciting idea 30 minutes of your undivided attention this weekend and see where it takes you.
