The New Moon in Virgo arrives almost like a reset button, but not the kind that wipes everything clean. It's more going to be the kind that organizes the mess into clarity. Virgo energy is detail driven and devoted to wholeness. This New Moon asks us to set an intention with small adjustments that will be long lasting.

If the moon could talk today, she might say…

“Stop waiting for perfect conditions. Order emerges when you trust your steps. What routine is calling for devotion? What clutter (physical, mental, emotional ... in the home) are you finally ready to clear? It’s not about control, it’s about creating fertile ground for what’s next. Be mindful of what you are creating, and make sure the space you stand on is aligned with that.”

This is the energy of refinement. Tiny shifts in your habits, health, and daily rituals become quantum leaps when you give them consistent energy. Virgo reminds us that sacredness is found in the small things, the food we choose, the way we tend to our body, the thoughts we allow to loop, the people we are around, the plans we make. You get it. 

For me, there has been a reset for sure. This weekend was meant to be a late birthday celebration, tickets in hand for one of my favorite musicians, a night with friends, and good spirits all around. Then, a super raw truth surfaced ... allegations of sexual abuse. Multiple.

It hit hard for me. I had to pause, rethink, and ask: what am I supporting? Where is my energy flowing? Is this good for us? And then ... Spirit took care of it all… no forcing, no second-guessing. Just clarity and a redirect. 

The musician cancelled his show.

It’s not a coincidence that this happened on the cusp of the Virgo New Moon. Virgo energy is all about integrity, alignment, and tending the temple of your life so that your calling can thrive. Personally, I’m using this lunation to re-commit to my daily energetic hygiene, to tighten the little practices holding the bigger vision, and to check in on what I’m standing behind, or not.

The message I keep hearing is:
“When you tend your temple, your calling takes care of itself.”

This Virgo New Moon is not about hustle, but about devotion. Not about fixing, but about aligning. Let this be your clean slate.
