After years of struggling with stress and anxiety, I decided to take control of my life and heal my body from the inside out.
I was diagnosed with PCOS and auto-immune at 26, married at 27 and going through a divorce at 28. I faced MASSIVE problems, felt no one understood me, and my body was SCREAMING for help.
I was also uncovering sexual abuse trauma, and I knew I needed more help, but I didn't know what to do. To top it all off, I thought I was going crazy once I started to see angels!
Scared as hell, I turned to Feng Shui and healing arts, conquered some big fears, and overcame huge personal obstacles. Now I help others overcome their own fears in less than half the time it took me! Now I use the same powerful techniques to help others find inner peace.

With over two decades of experience in both private practice and community teaching, she offers an integrative path back to embodied alignment, where voice, vision, and vitality meet.
Gina is the founder of the E.M.B.O.D.Y. One Membership, a living framework designed to guide individuals into energetic integrity through spiritual hygiene, ritual, rhythm, and self-inquiry. Through one on one sessions, retreats, moon cycle teachings, and mentorship, she helps clients clear fear-based patterns and return to their own inner authority.
Her journey includes healing her autoimmune illness, navigating the complexities of adoption and foster care, and growing a purpose-driven business from the ground up. Gina draws from this lived experience to guide others with fierce compassion and unwavering clarity.
