We are individual, but we were never meant to do life alone. E.M.B.O.D.Y. One was created around the simple idea: when one of us grows, heals, creates, speaks honestly, or makes a different choice, it affects more than just one life.
We learn, and see ourselves in one another. We borrow courage, share wisdom, ask better questions, and sometimes recognize something in ourselves because another woman was willing to go there first.
Inside E.M.B.O.D.Y. One, we explore intuition, energy, Human Design, angels, moon cycles, astrology, our environments, relationships, creativity, purpose, and whatever real life happens to be asking of us. You bring your experiences. I bring mine, and together, we make sense of the pieces and practice what it means to actually live what we know.
